A trademark is a combination of alphabetic and figurative symbols arranged in a geometric figure (circle).
The trademark depicts a caduceus, at the top of which there is a heart, with the contours of figures of a family with a child inscribed in it. The background of the graphic part of the sign is blue, the letter part is white. The name of the institution is written along the contour of the circle.
The main element of the sign is the caduceus.
For reference: Caduceus is a golden rod entwined with snakes with wings and a ball-shaped tip.
The caduceus was originally an olive branch with two shoots, decorated with ribbons and/or garlands of flowers. Later, caduceus began to be called metal rods with intertwined snakes on top. It is mandatory to turn the heads of the snakes with their muzzles facing each other. According to one legend, Apollo, handing over his staff to Hermes, said that he was handing over a magic wand of abundance and health, which would protect the one who owns it. Wanting to test the power of the gift, Hermes placed it between two snakes fighting each other. They stopped fighting and immediately wrapped themselves around the stick. Hermes liked this picture so much that he immobilized them, turning the rod into a caduceus.
The heart on the sign symbolizes dedication to the profession and tireless care for those who need medical care.
The image of a family with a child shows the main purpose of the work of the hospital staff, for whom above all else is caring for the life and health of the Family, as a symbol of the continuation of life on Earth.
The colors used in the trademark (blue and white) symbolize two main qualities of a doctor: purity of thoughts (white) and loyalty to the profession (blue).
