On August 10, 2023, at the health care institution “1st City Clinical Hospital” a gala event was held, organized by the administration and the trade union committee, where the main characters were young specialists, intern doctors who had already managed to get used to their first workplace. This year, 39 young specialists started working in our clinic: 8 doctors and 31 medical workers with secondary medical education, 18 interns.
Chief physician Olga Petrovna Esmanchik delivered a welcoming speech to the young colleagues. Words of parting words and wishes were heard from the deputy chief physician and representatives of the clinic administration. They assured that the clinic administration is always ready for cooperation and open dialogue with young colleagues.
The chairman of the primary trade union organization, E. S. Ivashkevich, wished the young specialists success in their work: “We are happy to accept you into our team, but in order to become a professional, you need to know a lot and work hard. Increase your knowledge and never stop there. I am confident that young specialists will join the ranks of our activists and will take the initiative to participate in the public life of the team. We expect our young specialists to further continue the best traditions of the hospital.” Then a survey was conducted to study in more detail the problems and wishes of young people, information about the hobbies and talents of our young colleagues.
