Dear parents! Remind the children of the Rules of the road!

Conducting explanatory conversations with children on compliance with traffic Rules is the key to safety!

Teach your children that before crossing the roadway, they should STOP and first make sure that the vehicle has stopped and the driver is giving way.

Also explain that a slow-moving car may hide another one behind it, traveling at a higher speed and not visible to pedestrians. Therefore, even if the car is approaching at a small distance

However, you still need to make sure that it stops and allows pedestrians to pass, and there are no other cars behind it.

To ensure safety in the road, children should:

• do not run out onto the roadway;

• do not go out on the road because of the standing transport;

• do not play near the roadway;

• move near the road only on the sidewalk, curb, or footpaths;

• cross the roadway

exclusively at crosswalks and only at a green traffic light;

• use retroreflective elements in the dark during the day or in conditions of poor visibility due to the weather.
