On September 24, young specialists of the Healthcare Institution "1st City Clinical Hospital", together with representatives of the clinic administration and the chairman of the primary trade union organization, attended a festive event at the MAZ Community Center - "Initiation into the Profession".
The ceremonial event brought together doctors, nurses, paramedics, laboratory technicians and other medical workers who received their first jobs in the capital's healthcare institutions. There were also heads of Minsk medical institutions and guests of honor - mentors with colossal work experience, who helped many young specialists to join the profession and work collectives.
"Initiation into the profession is not just an event, it is an opportunity to inspire and support the spark of medical calling in every young heart. It is joyful to see so many bright talents and future professionals in our industry," shared her impressions of the event, the chairperson of the PPO Tatyana Karpenko.
