A trusting atmosphere in which the most difficult and important questions are answered.

On March 12, at 2:30 p.m., the 1st City Clinical Hospital healthcare facility will host a useful meeting of expectant mothers with two experts in the format of a personal conversation in small groups, during which you can not only hear a lot of useful information, but also ask exciting questions to specialists.

The meeting will take place within the framework of the project "You are not alone" of the International Public Association "SOS-Children's Villages" @sosbelarus @happybaby_minsk and the Health Committee of Minsk.

Time and again, the organizers find special specialists and topics that are important for every expectant mother and woman to understand.

This time, the beautiful listeners will perform:

Ekaterina Bulynko, Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Sports Psychology of the Russian National Research Center for Sports. The speaker will reveal the secrets of breathing. How to use it to help yourself: control pain, anxiety, cramps. A lecture with practical elements is planned.

Olga Shkred, an obstetrician-gynecologist at the maternity ward of the 6th State Clinical Hospital, will tell you what awaits a mother who is almost holding a baby in her arms. A step-by-step virtual "tour" of the maternity hospital, delivery room, and delivery rooms. The "mother and midwives" connection is a tactic of interaction and cooperation. What should a woman expect in the first days after giving birth – what is the norm, and when should she sound the alarm?

Maximum practical knowledge, informal and accessible communication, answers to questions over herbal tea.
