Individual management of childbirth implies individual placement of the patient in a high-comfort room. Conducting childbirth by a doctor of the first or highest category. The choice of pain relief method is carried out by an obstetrician-gynecologist together with an anesthesiologist-resuscitator individually according to indications. During childbirth, psychological support is provided to the woman in labor using breathing relaxation techniques, massage, positional relaxation, and water procedures in order to maintain calm and confidence. In the delivery room, skin-to-skin contact between mother and child is carried out in the absence of contraindications, delayed clamping of the umbilical cord in the absence of contraindications, and the first breastfeeding. During the observation period, within 2 hours after birth, the mother and child stay together, the mother is taught the first skills of breastfeeding, and the midwife assists in putting the baby to the breast.
