Colonoscopy under anesthesia

List of necessary examinations for colonoscopy under intravenous anesthesia.

I. Analyzes (for a period of no more than 10 days at the time of the study):

  1. Complete blood count (leukocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, platelets, leukocyte formula, ESR);
  2. General urine analysis;
  3. Biochemical blood test: total protein, total and direct bilirubin, glucose, ALT, AST, CPK, LDH, ferritin, C-reactive protein, urea, creatinine, electrolytes ( Na , K , CL , Ca , Fe );
  4. Coagulogram (APTT, TV, PTT, INR, fibrinogen);
  5. Blood type and Rh factor (only original forms with signature and seal!);

Analyzes must be on separate forms and certified by the doctor who performed the study.

II. Examinations:

  1. ECG ( for a period of no more than 10 days , with a conclusion).*If there are deviations from the norm on the ECG, provide for comparison in the dynamics of ECG studies of earlier dates and consultation with a cardiologist;
  2.  X-ray of the chest organs (fluorography) (for up to 1 year) .
  3. Examination by a gynecologist for up to 1 year (for women).

III . Extract from the outpatient card (with the conclusion of the local therapist) (for up to 1 month)
