The Public Commission on Housing Issues accepts documents for improving living conditions and for placing on the waiting list for living space in a dormitory weekly on Thursdays from 14.00 to 15.00 in room 401 .

Necessary documents for placing on the waiting list for admission to the hostel and registering those in need of improved living conditions:

1. Petition from the administration and trade union committee (to obtain living space in the dormitory)

2. A copy of the certificate of assignment and a copy of the diploma

3. Certificate of place of work and position held

4. Certificate from the place of registration about family composition and occupied space:

• if the husband and wife are registered in different places, then 2 certificates;
• if they are family members, indicating the living space.

5. Certificates from the BRTI confirming the absence of rights to real estate:

• for each family member, including children;
• the woman has a maiden name.

6. Copy of marriage registration certificate

7. A copy of the child's birth certificate.

8. A copy of the certificate (decision) of divorce (if divorced).
