The trade union committee directs its work to protect and resolve the social and everyday interests of workers, improve working conditions and labor protection, improve physical education and recreational work.
The activities of the trade union committee are structured in accordance with the work plan. The work plan provides for holding conferences, monthly meetings of the trade union committee, holding organizational events, and training trade union activists.
