On August 26, at the health care institution “1st City Clinical Hospital,” an extended meeting of the trade union committee, the clinic administration, and trade union activists was held with the participation of the chairman of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, Vyacheslav Dmitrievich Shilo, and the chairman of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, Georgiy Semenovich Budrevich.
Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers Shilo Vyacheslav Dmitrievich spoke about the existing and planned wages and its regulation. He voiced issues of industrial injuries to employees, health improvement of trade union members in sanatoriums, and provision of financial assistance.
Chairman of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers Georgiy Semenovich Budrevich discussed issues of mentoring and youth policy.
On behalf of the administration, Chief Physician Olga Petrovna Esmanchik spoke about social partnership, amendments to the Collective Agreement, and primary retraining of employees.
In her speech, the chairman of the trade union committee, Elena Stepanovna Ivashkevich, spoke about the implementation of current issues.
