The POLICY of the 1st City Clinical Hospital healthcare institution in the field of health protection and occupational safety

MOTTO: Health and safe working conditions are the result of high-quality work of the institution's workforce.

THE GENERAL GOAL: Ensuring the safety, preservation of human life, health and working capacity in the course of work through the support of the concept of "Zero injury".

THE MAIN OBLIGATIONS OF THE POLICY:

ensuring safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and deterioration of health, taking into account modern achievements in the field of health and safety at work and advanced areas of social and economic policy of the state;

regular analysis of the occupational health management system, goals and objectives in the field of occupational safety, improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities carried out in order to form a culture of occupational safety, continuous improvement of the functioning of the occupational safety management system;

compliance with the requirements of the current labor protection legislation governing labor protection relations and applicable to the activities of the institution;

continuous identification and elimination of hazards, risk reduction and management in the workplace, preventive and corrective actions aimed at preventing accidents and occupational diseases;

continuous improvement of the health and safety management system by increasing the effectiveness of the activities carried out;

raising awareness and competence of employees in matters of occupational health and safety in order to obtain and improve the necessary skills for safe work;

financing of measures to improve health and safety at work in order to achieve the set goals;

increasing the personal responsibility of each employee for compliance with labor protection requirements;

attracting all employees to participate in health and safety activities in order for each employee to realize that occupational safety is a matter for everyone.
