In the Republic of Belarus, within the framework of Loan Agreement No. 117-BY between the Republic of Belarus and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, signed on June 1, 2020 in Minsk and approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated July 23, 2020 No. 292, the “Emergency Response” project is being implemented on COVID-19 in the Republic of Belarus."
The goal of the Project is to strengthen certain aspects of the healthcare system of the Republic of Belarus to respond to the outbreak of coronavirus infection COVID-19, and promptly respond to emergency situations.
purchase of medical equipment and medical products for retrofitting intensive care units (anesthesiology and resuscitation departments);
increasing the efficiency of emergency (emergency) medical care at the prehospital stage through the acquisition of intensive care vehicles and ambulances;
supporting the laboratory diagnostic service through the acquisition of medical products necessary for the diagnosis of COVID-19;
supporting the communications strategy and response plan.
Complaints/appeals related to the implementation of the Project can be submitted at any time during the implementation of the Project in the following ways:
in writing in the book of complaints and suggestions (located in the reception room of the chief physician);
send by mail (64 Nezavisimosti Ave. 220013 Minsk e-mail: uz@1gkb.by.);
make an appointment for a personal appointment with management (therapeutic building No. 1 (main), 4th floor, room No. 440, tel. +375 17 379-92-58).
Those individuals who are not satisfied with the answer at level 1 can contact level 2.
