REPORTING AND ELECTION CONFERENCE IN THE PRIMARY TRADE UNION ORGANIZATION OF THE 1ST CITY CLINICAL HOSPITAL

On July 18, a reporting and election conference was held in the primary trade union organization of the State Health Institution “1st City Clinical Hospital”.
The meeting was attended by the following invitees: Olga Traskovskaya, Deputy Chairperson of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, and Vyacheslav Shilo, Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers.
The conference summed up the work of the trade union committee for the period from 2019 to 2024. The main report was given by the acting chairperson of the primary trade union organization.
Tatyana Karpenko, and the report of the audit commission was given by Irina Khanevich. Tatyana Karpenko was elected as the chairperson of the primary trade union organization.
The union members gave a positive assessment of the work done, expressed gratitude and directed the newly elected union activists towards effective and fruitful work.
The head doctor of the Healthcare Institution "1st City Clinical Hospital" Olga Esmanchik noted the closely established social partnership between the trade union committee and the administration. She also drew attention to the great joint work carried out on the collective agreement, on issues of creating comfortable working and living conditions for employees, and the active development of the tourist and excursion direction.
