On April 7, 2022, the Tourist hotel complex hosted an open championship in intellectual games among youth, organized by the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers. The 1st City Clinical Hospital was represented by the Adrenaline team, which included: pediatric anesthesiologist-resuscitator Anastasia Zhukovskaya (team captain), pediatric anesthesiologist-resuscitator Tatyana Mogucheva, network administrator Daniil Babushkin, software engineer Nikita Shalygin , nurse of the cardiology department. for patients with MI No. 2 Borisyuk Anastasia, medical brother OAiR Minyuk Egor.
In total, 15 teams of 6 people took part in the game. The championship contributed to the creation of conditions for the development of the creative and intellectual abilities of working youth in the healthcare system, the popularization of the trade union movement among young people, as well as the creation of a platform for communication and organization of educational leisure for youth.
The game consisted of four rounds: “Media ABC”, “Quiz”, “Oil Painting”, “Blitz Game”.
“Media ABC” tour: teams need to guess 26 encrypted words depicted on the slides in the form of puzzles or associations. The slide is shown for 20 seconds.
Tour “Quiz”: you must answer 24 questions from the host. The team is given 60 seconds to answer the question.
Tour “Oil Painting”: guess 7 paintings by great artists shown on slides for 20 seconds per painting.
“Blitz Game” tour: you had to answer 35 questions, divided into 7 topics, 5 questions in each. The topics consisted of questions of different difficulty levels worth 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 marks respectively. At the end of the round, the forms were collected for scoring.
The participants of the game were greeted by the chairman of the jury - Chairman of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers Georgy Budrevich. He noted that such events stimulate the creative activity of trade union workers, develop their intellectual potential and strengthen team spirit.
After the end of the championship, many players admitted that they did not expect such a high level of competition - some of the host’s questions were quite difficult. However, this only provoked the participants and when asked whether they would take part in such games, they answered unequivocally: definitely!
