The results of the work of the primary trade union organization of the healthcare institution “1st City Clinical Hospital” for 2022 were summed up at the trade union conference, which took place on January 26.
The chairman of the trade union committee, Ivashkevich E.S., made a report. In addition, the results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement were reviewed, the report of the audit commission, the report on the implementation of the trade union budget estimate for 2022 and the estimate of income and expenses of the trade union budget for 2023 were approved.
The Chairman of the Youth Council A.A. Zhukovskaya made a report on the work done. She noted that today the clinic has created all the necessary conditions for young people so that they can express themselves not only in professional activities, but also reveal their creative potential. Young people should actively participate in all events held at the clinic and be the initiator of new projects.
The chairman of the commission, Dragunova E.S., spoke about the work of the commission on work among women, protection of the family, motherhood and childhood.
The chief physician of the institution, Olga Petrovna Esmanchik, took part in the trade union conference. In her speech on the results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2022, she paid attention to the issues of remuneration of clinic workers, points contributing to an increase in its size, and incentive payments. She emphasized the need to improve the qualifications of our medical workers.
The deputy chairman of the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers, Olga Vladimirovna Traskovskaya, gave her assessment of the trade union work carried out in the institution. She thanked the trade unionists and the clinic staff for the work done.
